Food and service were fabulous. My husband and I were driving through on our way home and randomly chose this location. So happy we did! The chicken was so tender and juicy. Cooked to perfection. My husband had the brisket and it too was to perfection. Serbia was to notch.

I'm a regular customer here and I've had no complaints until now. Tonight, everything they could've messed up, they did, from start to finish. I understand everyone has an off day so I was being patient with our server but.... she constantly mixed up our drinks and did it over and over. I had a sweet tea and my friend had an unsweetened tea. However, our server kept switching our drinks up so we had to taste our drinks before enjoying them. I ordered a simple salad but with no cucumbers, no onions. I was maybe a 1/4 of my way through my salad, it had cucumbers in it. Chef's mistake, but I'm allergic to cucumbers so that was a major mistake. I asked them to take the salad off my tab and instead, I ordered a plate of ribs with 2 sides, one baked bean and one potato salad. I took that home to eat. However, the sides were not what I ordered. I ended up with collard greens which I don't care to eat. When splitting our check to pay, the server messed up our checks 3 times. I'm just over it all. We kept good attitudes but this was crappy service all the way around. Plus, they had the a/c on and it was freezing. We asked to have it cut off or turned back but it blew on us the entire time of our visit. My friend went to the restroom only to find out there was no toilet paper in there to wipe with. Worst night here. I'm not looking forward to going back. Sorry. I love giving good reviews but Jim N Nick's failed all the way around. Ya'll really are lucky I didn't have an allergic reaction other than a belly ache. Really a One- Star rate tonight. F- I hope ya'll make it right or I won't be back.

I've been to this location many times in the past. Although the food quality has gone down it was still a decent meal option on the go. Tonight I ordered the catfish sandwich with potato salad and baked beans for the side. None of it was good but the fish was ok so I just ate the sandwich. I live too far away to go back anyway. Then I opened the lemon pie I got as a dessert and they basically served me slop. No I'm not kidding. It looks like it either thawed improperly or like they threw it in the container. The crust isn't the same and I'm not sure if this is even homemade anymore. Definitely not what I thought I was getting but even with the change this presentation is awful and I don't feel like it's safe to eat. Have they been bought out by private equity? I'll have to look it up. Either way serving this to a paying customer is just disrespectful. It does NOT look edible. If I had taken a good look at it before leaving I would've asked for a refund and given it back.

I heard mix reviews about this place so i had to come and try it for myself. The service was friendly and fast. Our waitress angi was very very nice and attentive. For the price we paid was definitely worth it you get alot of food for your buck.

This was my second visit to this bbq restaurant. The first time it was very good and I knew I’d be back. However, we went last night and one of our pulled pork plates was mostly uneatable. It was mostly chewy fat gristle pieces; the meat was hard to pull apart to eat. I could go into detail but I won’t for your sake. The waitress did not comment on the fact it was uneaten and spread all over the plate from trying to eat it. I didn’t complain because it wasn’t her fault and we were all finished. I should’ve, but I decided to put it in my review instead. The mac n cheese is one of their best items. The cheddar biscuits were not fully cooked. They have been out of baby back ribs both times we have gone. We tried the spare ribs last night, but it was too dry to eat. We liked the collard greens and coleslaw. I probably won’t go back after this time because the chef should have known better to serve that kind of meat at a well-rated restaurant. I don’t like when I am “chumped” on pulled pork.
