I was finally ready to try ramen and I had no idea where to go. Furthermore, I had no idea what I wanted to eat. I asked my Yelpers how to choose a ramen dish, then it came time to choose a location. As I was in the Buckhead area, I texted my brother who I know eats ramen and asked him where he usually goes in the area and he pointed me to JINYA Ramen Bar. He also told me that the chicken ramen was his favorite. Naturally, I had to go to JINYA Ramen Bar because my brother said it was good. LoL!! Scrolling through the JINYA Ramen Bar website, I decided on the Spicy Chicken. I placed my order and headed to the restaurant. The location was easy to find as it sits in the plaza. Walking inside the restaurant, the ambiance was calming and dim. The surroundings were moderately toned and made me think this would be the perfect place for my next date night. I headed to the hostess stand, provided my name. Retrieved my order and was on my way. The process was easy and the service was good. Let’s talk Ramen… One word… Amazing!!! The chicken was tender. The noodles were perfectly made. The seasonings were blended perfectly and then, I added the broth to the food and what was already good went to great. The broth was well seasoned and perfectly married all the ingredients together. I ordered the highest level of spice and it was not too spicy and delivered a generous amount of heat to the dish. JINYA Ramen Bar was an amazing experience and I will definitely be back for another round.

So much has changed for the positive for this business. Haven't been in about 3yrs, but they're still here! They've expanded and still kept the same ambiance. The menu has been added to and it's delicious. Our sever, Kennedy was great all around. She was courteous, on point but not in your face and super helpful. I highly recommend for the service, food and their longevity in this market/industry. We had small plates of edamamme, crispy chicken, and dumplings. Noodle bowls, Black Premium Bowl and the newest Noodle bowl -Tan Tan Men. Filling and delicious. Almost forgot, Hibiscus Mule was really good.

Nothing like getting home from putting your dog down and ordering Raman just to get the wrong order/someone else's order. I ordered the chicken wonton raman and got tofu Raman. I cannot stand tofu. Nor do I like raw onions. However, I was so hungry from it being such an emotional day that I took the tofu out and decided to eat someone else's meal anyways. Thankfully they ordered a side of corn to put in there. I wish I would have gotten the wontons or some sort of protein but its fine. I have to say I really enjoyed the broth that the tofu Raman uses. This might be my new go to... minus the tofu and onions. 1 star for not double checking to see if the order was right but ill give 5 stars because you made me try something new and, for the most part, I enjoyed it.

I ordered a soup and found myself chewing on a large green insect. That’s it- there’s really nothing more to add. A huge green insect. Photos attached! By the way, the restaurant didn’t seem particularly shocked or surprised… so keep that in mind if you plan on eating there….
