I chose this restaurant because the photos at front looked interesting. However, the actual sushi I received was exactly as shown in the picture. The fish was quite dry and thin (around 3–4 mm). There was a lot of rice, making it very filling. The taste was okay, but it definitely tasted better with some soy sauce. The tempura menu was acceptable. The staff provided good service, and the ordering system was convenient with multiple language options, which is friendly for foreigners.

Absolutely amazing experience at Kizuna Sushi in Shinjuku Kabukicho! The food was incredibly fresh and beautifully prepared. The tempura was light and crispy, especially the shrimp – perfectly fried without being greasy. The fried seafood was juicy and flavorful, and the scallop miso soup was rich, sweet, and comforting. The sushi was excellent as well – fresh, well-balanced, and generous in portion. Everything tasted high quality and authentic. The presentation was beautiful and the atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. Service was friendly and efficient. Definitely worth visiting if you’re in Shinjuku. Highly recommended and would happily come back again! 🍣✨

This place is bustling with many customers coming in and out. Except 3 whites that were so keen to order at the cashier booth when they came in. They were informed that they could order when seated but surprisingly they left without ordering. What a joke. Means they were not sure about eating there but gave the confidence that they would order lol. Sashimi Salmon was big long pieces, fresh and sizeable steamed egg with ample ingredients was good. The sushi was good too, except the uni tasted weird like gone bad instead of creamy and kind of hard to swallow. The kani crab hand roll tasted no crab taste at all. I ate uni recently from other restaurants and the taste was not like this. Informed the male cashier and he kept apologizing and the lady cashier that speaks English too, also told them to inform sushi chef but the big size chef was like annoyed when he was told. Subsequently the sushi chefs are changed to all elderly guys maybe change of work shifts. Actually I remember finding a very thin fish bone from the food. They didn’t discount the bad uni sushi. Overall dining experience is still fair. Price is reasonable and cheaper than home country despite being in a popular touristy place. Smoking room and toilet are available.

Around USD35, I can enjoy so nice sushi buffet. It is not high-end sushi but it's a good enough cost-effective sushi. I can order by kiosk so very easy and comfortable. If you pay little more, you can enjoy many kind of sake. I was really really satisfied this restaurant. If I back to Kabukicho later, I will visit here again.

Delicious sushi buffet. At 5000+ JPY, this is as affordable as it can get for a buffet with good nigiri sushi, cooked food, appetizers and aide dishes. Not the high end standard but definitely better than most countries sushi restaurants for sure. You can add on an option for unlimited alcohol too.
