The lunch special Curry Wurst Bites was yummy. The curry sauce tasted like 85% ketchup and 15% barbecue sauce with a hint of curry flavor, and it went well with the fries on the bottom. We also tried the Schnitzel. The fried pork chop reminded of Japanese katsu, very well done. The gravy and sides were outstanding, too. The service was efficient. From sitting down to paying, it only took 45 minutes or so. Great place for a quick hearty lunch.

A second visit is definitely needed. I came here looking for amazing sausages and I left very happy. Tried four different types and each one was packed full of flavor. They had fresh lemonade and tea which were quite nice. Their prices were average for Dallas. Staff were friendly and service was fast. Overall this place had some tasty sausages and even more I didn’t get to try yet.

Really great. Probably the best Ruben I’ve ever had. The review I read before going said something about light heavy food and that’s such a great description. I had so much sausage and a decent sized sandwich with fries and a bier but didn’t feel miserable walking out. Definitely overate but couldn’t stop and didn’t feel like trash the rest of the day. The prices were very reasonable I thought too, only like $3.50 to add additional sausages which made it hard to say no to trying more. We have already made plans to go back next week and bring friends with us. They have a cool shop area with lots of meats and other fresh things along with a German market type store area. It looks like they do wild game processing too, definitely would look into that if we were not so far! Service was great, they all seemed to work together to make sure you weren’t waiting for anything too long at all. Would have liked more sauerkraut with the sausages, didn’t seem to be as much as the rotkraut side we got quantity wise, but it was good and we seriously couldn’t get enough. Definitely try this place if you like lighter German food. Phenomenal lunch spot.

If you’re looking for authentic German food in Dallas, Kuby’s Sausage House is the place to go! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with the delicious aroma of freshly made sausages and baked goods. The atmosphere is cozy and traditional, making it feel like a little slice of Germany right in the heart of Texas. What Makes Kuby’s Special: ✔ Amazing Sausages & Meats – Their house-made bratwurst, knackwurst, and weisswurst are top-notch and packed with flavor. Whether you’re dining in or picking some up from the deli, you won’t be disappointed. ✔ Authentic German Dishes – Their schnitzel, sauerkraut, and potato pancakes are some of the best I’ve had outside of Germany. Pair it with a side of mustard, and you’re in for a treat! ✔ Great Breakfast & Lunch Spot – The Reuben sandwich and corned beef hash are personal favorites, and their breakfast menu is just as fantastic. ✔ Friendly Service & German Hospitality – The staff is knowledgeable and welcoming, always happy to recommend dishes or help with selections from the deli. ✔ European Market & Bakery – Beyond the restaurant, Kuby’s also has a great selection of German groceries, fresh bread, and imported goods—perfect for taking a little bit of Germany home with you. It can get busy during peak hours, but it’s absolutely worth the wait. Whether you’re here for a hearty meal, authentic German sausages, or specialty grocery items, Kuby’s is a Dallas institution that should be on every food lover’s list!

This place is such a hidden gem. The chicken salad is probably the best in Dallas and the shrimp salad was great as well. Its a must try!
