Update - The Chang's Spicy Chicken and Mongolian Beef were both good. Service was solid and the atmosphere is great. Chang's originally had a decent gluten-free menu. I don't know if that is because they had a few options when other restaurants didn't, but it seems like they haven't gone any further and that's a bit disappointing.

We had a wonderful experience thanks to Kayla. She was very attentive, had excellent knowledge of the menu, and offered great recommendations that we really enjoyed. Her customer service was top-notch and made us feel well taken care of the entire time. Highly recommend!

Such a wonderful experience! Sydney was my waitress who was so kind and very professional! I originally order to-go, instead The entire staff greeted me at the door & I just had to enjoy the dine-in experience! Appetizers came right out HOT, sizzling off the plate! I was like Wow! I couldn’t wait until my entrees came & when they did it was so quick I wasn’t done eating my potstickers lol overall I recommend the Cumberland mall location to anyone who wants to enjoy fine dining with great service!

Never been to PF Changs before this but my mom was hyping it up because she had great experiences at the airport location and one in FL. The service was fine, our waitress was nice and did a good job. The food was not good. The edamame was dry and a little crunchy. You couldn't tell the proteins apart in the Mongolian trio. The orange chicken had a weird vinegar sechuan taste to it that almost made it taste like Tabasco sauce and licorice mixed together. The best part was the white rice and the brussel sprouts. Didn't even want a to go box for the large amount of leftovers we had. Needless to say this place sucked and I will not be giving it another go. It's microwave Chinese Applebee's, hard pass. And it was expensive.

Poor quality and service, unfortunately. We ordered 2 meals from there lunch special. The pomagrante lemonade and the egg rolls was the best part of the order. The fried rice was dry and chunks of white rice usually fried rice is brown from the soy sauce. The chicken was majority chunks of batter than chicken and the beef was chewy. The waitress only came to the table to take the order and for payment. This visit took an hour and a half. There was only 2 people at the bar and 4 tables being served with only 2-3 people at each table. The P.F. Chang's at ATL airport has set the bar of expectation too high. We still left the waitress a good tip though
