I ventured to try these highly recommended biscuits, and I’m truly glad I did. The depth and balance of flavors were exceptional. I particularly recommend the fried chicken biscuit with iceberg lettuce and blue cheese dressing, an indulgent and beautifully executed combination.

Pine State Biscuits has five locations. I visited the one on Schuyler which is a cart in a building and shares space with another eatery cart. Regardless, they serve superb breakfast sandwiches. You're given a number and staff deliver your meal to your table, which above and beyond for most carts. I ordered The Reggie Deluxe and it's epic. It has fried chicken, bacon, cheddar and a fried egg on a fresh biscuit with sausage gravy (You can choose mushroom gravy if you're that tribe). Oh. My. Goodness. It's almost not fair to call it a sandwich. I can't imagine eating it without a fork. Nevertheless, it's pretty fantastic. I paired it with a Cheerwine soda that was recommended that I liked very much. I really enjoyed my meal. Though I should say two drinks and the sandwich came to $24 before tip. Street parking is luck of the draw. -VanPort Insider

Great biscuit spot if you love biscuits. Theres also other stuff on the menu. We got the wedgie, and Reggie biscuit. Both were great. Would definitely recommend this spot to friends and family. Customer service is nice too. Great attitude! Love it!

So good I had to come back the next morning. Best Biscuits and Gravy! 🙌🏻😋 Got the "double down" or something today, extra biscuit and gravy. Win-Win for me.

Food was delicious and came out fast even though it took a while to get through the order line. Very limited seating too so consider that before going! The cornmeal blueberry pancake was awesomeeeee and the mushroom gravy was super mushroomy and delicious.
