I recently visited Starbucks Reserve Roastery Chicago and it was such a great experience. The building has five floors, and each level offers something different. The first floor feels more like a classic Starbucks, where you can order basic drinks and shop for merchandise. The second and third floors are more of a café experience with a wider and more unique menu. The fourth level is a bar where they serve cocktails, making it feel more upscale and different from a regular coffee shop. The top level is currently closed for the winter season. The food was really good, and the portions were perfect — not too small and not too big. Everything felt well balanced and worth the price. The cocktails are very strong in flavor and alcohol content, so if you don’t like strong drinks or that type of taste, I wouldn’t recommend ordering them. There was a line, but it moved quickly because the staff is very efficient. We spent around $45 on coffee and food and $25 at the bar, for a total of about $70 between two people. I loved it and would definitely go back. It’s not just a coffee shop — it’s an experience.

Cool starbucks. Been to the one in shanghai and thought that one was cooler. But this one is considered the largest Starbucks roastry so it's worth a visit. They do a lot of samples. Got to try a sample of 2 coffees and olive oil cake. Theres a lot more variety compared to a regular Starbucks. Nice gift shop. Theres a floor for take out, dine in, cocktails and coffee tastings. The chocolate hazelnut croissant was super good. The Tiramisu latte was surprisingly amazing! Was worried it'll be too sweet but it was just right. Everything is a bit pricey, but its chicago. I'd say still worth a visit if you want to grab a drink or a bite, nice area to people/car watch.

This Starbucks is not just big… it’s an adventure! The place is incredible, but the real stars are the staff. Friendly, funny, and somehow managing the huge crowd with smiles like it’s the easiest job in the world. Great coffee, great atmosphere, and great people. Definitely a must-visit in Chicago!

Visited the Starbucks Reserve Roastery Chicago and had a great experience. The staff were incredibly engaged and took the time to help me decide what to order, which made it feel much more personal than a typical coffee stop. The building itself is seriously impressive—beautiful design, multiple levels, and just a really cool atmosphere overall. Definitely worth checking out if you’re in Chicago!

I went one day and the wait / line was at least 45 minutes and I had reservations for an activity so I was unable to stay. The next day I went and there were only 2 people in line in front of me, so I’m not sure why because it was the same time of day. Definitely a tourist attraction that is worth seeing if you are a fan of Starbucks. The drinks were so upscale and delicious but typical Starbucks prices.
