Capital Grille is ALWAYS the epitome of a 5 star plus experience. The BEST Calamari I've ever had by far. French Onion Soup was a long overdue treat. All the steaks & fish we ordered were outstanding. Yes, it's expensive, but the QUALITY is always top notch & so is the service. The assorted bread dish was out of this world.

Although we only stopped by for a glass of wine and a dessert, the experience was excellent. I enjoyed a delicious port wine paired with a spectacular coffee dessert, perfectly balanced and presented. What truly made the difference was the service. Leo took wonderful care of us: attentive, friendly, and very professional at all times. He made us feel welcome and well taken care of, even on a short visit. Definitely a place I would return to for the full experience. 🍷✨

This is a great steakhouse, a high-level steakhouse with many good evaluation. We were lucky to have a handsome youngmam "Leo" serving us. His confident and confident look made our world brighter! "Leo" is incredibly Super. Regarding the details we asked him about when ordering, he gave us an absolute guarantee: "He won't make a mistake." Not only is he handsome, but his attitude is also first-rate. He provided many appropriate suggestions for our meals, which made our dinner almost perfect. We had a very wonderful dinner. Most importantly, the steak was really delicious. Our personal favorite is definitely the "rib eye steak." Today's steak ranked first or second among the six top steakhouses we have eaten at in the United States this month. It was really delicious. I didn't even spit out the meat, which means their meat is really tender. They also helped us cut a whole piece in advance, so we didn't have to sharpen the knife there. At the previous steakhouse, because their ribeye steak had fascia and fat, the meal time was extended because the beef was difficult to cut. It took a lot of time to cut the fascia. At that time, we couldn't imagine how such a high-class steakhouse could have such poor quality. Today, we are finally satisfied with the quality of the steak and enjoy wonderful American cuisine.

My girlfriend and I stopped in on 8/23 to celebrate our 5 year anniversary. We absolutely love steakhouses and she has never been to a Capital Grille, and I wanted to show her what she’s been missing before we left on our cruise. Needless to say, it didn’t disappoint. Everything from the cocktails, appetizers, main course, and desserts all exceeded expectations. Our server, Jesus, was extremely knowledgeable of the menu and attentive. We enjoyed our meal and service so much that we made another reservation for dinner the day we returned to Miami and specifically requested Jesus. 10/10 all around. You will not be disappointed! Thank you for making our time in Miami a memorable one!
